The B7000i Dairy (No. BDAAAA052MABAA4) utilizes Hach’s patented Two-Stage Advanced Oxidation (TSAO) technology to ensure 100% oxidation of complex dairy samples. Traditional analyzers often clog due to the high fat and protein content of milk products; however, the B7000i Dairy features large-bore internal tubing and a self-cleaning reactor to maintain 99.86% uptime. This model is configured with a 0 - 10,000 mg/L C range, making it ideal for monitoring process water and effluent streams. Instructions for use

The BioTector B7000i Dairy is designed for 24/7 online process monitoring. Preparation: Connect the analyzer to a source of dry, oil-free instrument air or a CO2-free air generator. Plumb the sample inlet and drain lines, ensuring the sample is representative of the process stream. Note: Set the measurement interval and spill-alarm thresholds via the intuitive touchscreen interface. The analyzer will automatically conduct the TIC removal phase followed by the TSAO process. Data is available via 4-20 mA outputs or Modbus communication for integration into a plant SCADA system. To maintain optimal accuracy, verify reagent levels weekly and adhere to the 6-month preventive maintenance schedule.
