Instructions for use

The FOM 330-1 is designed for use directly in the deep-fat fryer at operating temperatures. Preparation: Ensure the oil is at its frying temperature (typically 150 °C to 190 °C). Switch on the device and select the oil type if necessary. Note: Immerse the sensor into the hot oil, ensuring it stays below the maximum immersion mark and does not touch the metal heating elements. Gently stir the oil with the device to accelerate the measurement. The display will show the TPM percentage and the LED will indicate the oil quality. After use, clean the sensor while it is still warm with a soft paper towel or mild detergent.
